RUNNING PROCEDURE 5 LINER HANGER

P/U Cementing Head to Rig Floor & M/U single DP lay down same
Hold PJSM
M/U and test shoe track as per tally, function test float
RIH 5 18# Liner & Fill up every joint
Continue RIH 5 Liner until last joint then P/U Liner Hanger Assembly, Fill Up
polymer in PBR.
6. Check P/U and S/O weight of Liner ,M/U 1 stand of 4 DP then break
circulation ( max pressure 800 psi )
7. Continue RIH with 4 DP + HWDP & DC, drift every stand with min 2 OD
( RIH speed max 2.3 min / stand )
8. Break circulation @ 7 shoe max pressure 800 psi
9. Continue RIH with DP to TD
10.Tag bottom and check weight P/U and S/O string weight
11.M/U Cementing Head Assembly
12.Circulate Bottom up max pressure 800 Psi
13.Circulate bottom up with max pressure 800 psi and drop the ball. continue
pump with 3 bpm (+/- 300 psi).
14.when ball landed in Landing Collar pressure up to 1700 psi, hold pressure for
5 min
15.Bleed of pressure to 800 psi and then slack off string to set hanger ( Liner
Weight + additional weight ) to confirm the hanger is set
Note: if the hanger is not set, increase pressure in 100 psi increments.
Always bleed off to 800 psi before slack off to confirm the hanger is set.
16.After the hanger set continue to apply pressure up to
2800 psi to release the ball seat
17.P/U to neutral weight and release running tool 25 time rotate to right
18. P/U string 2-3 ft max, record P/U and confirm Setting Tool has been released
19.Slack off to 30K lbs
20.mixed slurry. Release the Top plug prior to pump the Displacement.
21.Slow down the displacement rate to 2 bbl/mint 5 bbls before the pump Down
plug lands on the landing collar and Continue to displace to bump plug with
1000 psi over final displacing pressure.
Hold 5 minutes. Bleed off the pressure and check for back flow.

22.P/U String to free weight max 4 ft until Dog Sub is out of the packer tieback
extension. Slack off and locate Dog Sub was on top of the packer tie back
extension at the liner top
23.Setting the Packer with apply weight 50 klbs hold for 2-3 min. ( Testing the
packer setting at this stage is contingent upon Company decision ). Pressure
test the packer @ 1000 psi. Test the packer for 5 minutes.
24.Apply 700 psi drill pipe while picking up string +/- 10 M until pressure bleed
off

when the RPOB pack- off is released.(depends on cement column above

TOL ) .
25.Circulate out excess cement by long way circulation.
26.POOH and lay down setting tool assembly.
