Although this is a good thing, the Supreme Court and the Clerk of Court have tried to whitewash the Motion to Disqualify Loeb & Loeb LLP that I submitted. There is no mention of the Motion on my docket -- it only states that I submitted an Application for Extension. "Case Analyst" Erik Fossum returned the original and a copy of the Motion back to me and stated that I could not submit this Motion although Rule 8 deals with "Disbarment and Disciplinary Action". This is an obstruction of justice! Also, the Second Circuit denied my appeal as being "frivolous" and stating that it lacked an arguable basis in either law or fact, but Justice Ginsburg concludes that I have shown "good cause" for the extension although my legal arguments have never changed...
