How dreams affect our life

1. When a person is sleeping, he is not aware that he is sleeping. The moment
he realizes that he was sleeping or that this is sleep, he is already awake.
To control dreams we must control our mind when we are awakened.
These all have been discussed in different articles I wrote earlier.
Our mind produces almost 40 volatile thoughts a minute. Most of them may be
frustrating and harmful.
Lord krishna slokas, vipasana yoga, pranayam and expansion contraction
meditation, jyoti tratak reduces these thought level.
Our life is damaged once this thought attacks a person.
High state of awareness of thought process may control thoughts when you
sleep and dream.
Sankalp(prayer to god) before sleep to make you aware on this respect that you
get saved from bad dream be some help to you.
