NOW,

the

undersigned

respondent,Miguel

Balimbing, under oath, by myself and for myself, as

litigant

respectfully depose and say, that:


1. Respondent

admits

the

allegations

in

paragraphs 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the complaint.


2. Respondent
