Store Operations Director, Chick-fil-A Ranson


Store Management I managed the store in all aspects. I ran the entirety of
the store, and did so daily.
Customer Service As an employee here, this was key. Business returns if
treated properly.
Labor Percentage focus I was assigned this a focus within the work place. It
was my objective to streamline the business to make sure labor percentages
were low.
End of month finalizing- This included supplier payments, month-end
inventory as finalizing the package to be sent to corporate.
Payroll employee payments

Scheduling scheduling employees for their shifts.

Chick-fil-A Corporate hired myself to go to new stores they were opening
(Salem, VA; St. Cloud, FL; Freehold Township, NJ). Here they expected me to
instill their values as well as teach the new crew members proper Chick-fil-A
procedures.
