* brush egg wash, b4 putting inside d oven

* baked, 15-20 mins, till brown, should b 220

UC 2 Pastry Making
Sweet Dough Pie w/ Lemon Juice Fillings
& Lattice Toppings
Crust:
Sift, 1 c cake flour
liquid
3 tbsp powdered sugar
egg (whole)
(confectionery)
cold water
pinch salt
lemon zest

+ 3 tbsp butter
30 mins

, til lumps show

Fillings:
2 pcs Lemon juice

* REST 15

Mocha Roll
