instrumentation equipment for use in potentially hazardous areas.

COURSE OBJECTIVES
To raise levels of competence for personnel carrying out installation, inspection and maintenance of
electrical apparatus in explosive gas atmospheres (other than mines) to the IEC 60079 series of standards

In order to be granted the full CompEx certificate,


candidates must be practicing hands on in the
electrical industry, and provide documentary
evidence of formal electrical qualification.
