Design Phase
Objectives
The phase of design begins with the realization from a prototype so as to train super users and to define
the target solution quickly. It aims at:

To define the needs detailed for the Customer starting from the models
process identified in phase of Definition,

To train super the users at the time of the phase of rapid prototyping,

To carry out the mapping detailed needs with the functionalities for ERP
Application,

To carry out the meetings of convergence (CRP: Conference Room Pilot) to

validate the mapping. 40% must be covered after CRP1 and 80% after CRP2.
The 20% remainder will be refined during the phase of Realization.

To write the functional specifications for the interfaces, and possible

resumptions of data and extensions

To identify the future users and functional and technical administrators

To develop target architecture

Objectives

The phase of Build aims at:

Carrying out the target parameter setting on the basis of receipt
To define the roles and responsibilities,
To carry out the unit tests, integration tests and benchmarks to make sure that
the solution meets the target needs well,
To write the training manuals and handbooks of procedures
To write the checklists in forecast of starting in production

Go-Live Phase
Objectives
The aim of this phase of assistance is:

To assist the Customer in the use of the solution in production and in

particular at the time of the fences of period,
To take part in the resumption of the data in production,
To take part with the execution of the interfaces in production,
To assist the Customer in the installation of an organization responsible for the
functional and technical administration of the solution.

Training
The purpose of the training services is to enable First party end users to use the
application. Training activities are customized to serve this purpose and do not
cover general product skills or official product courses.
Representatives from IT and each Line of Business must attend these training
sessions to be able to train the trainer after the training services completion.
The following lists the scope training services.
