Good afternoon!
I am truly sorry for missing the midterm examination in your subject Management
Information System (MIS) last January 12, 2016 because of the delayed remittance of my mother
and I wasnt able to inform you about this because I dont have money to pay for the
transportation fee just to be present here in school. You gave me the chance to take the special
examination last January 19, 2016 but for the second time I wasnt able to take the exam because
unexpectedly, on the night of January 18, 2016 I suffered from a terrible Loose Bowel Movement
(LBM) and I dont think I will be productive if I will take the exam on that day. I know that I am
responsible for my actions but please, for the last time let me take the exam because I really need
to pass this subject.
