Conclusion

Changing the indicated parameters in Wadi and Majmaah did not enhance the RRC success
rate. It instead has reduced it by 0.3% in Wadi and 0.8 in Majmaah.
Changing the parameters could have given better results on the RRC success rate , if there
was better coverage conditions.
