2015- Year 11

Preliminary
Examination Schedule
as at 1 April 2016

Rules and Procedures


1. Students are not expected to be at school if they do not have an examination.
2. Students who are at school and do not have an examination are expected to work quietly
in the study room that is listed on the exam schedule.
3. Students are required to sign in and out at Student Admin.
4. Students who are at school in the morning and do not have an exam are expected to
attend House Tutor Group.
5. Students are expected to wear either their formal uniform or correct PE uniform while on
the school grounds.
6. All students must be at the examination room 10 minutes before the advertised starting
time.
7. Students are NOT permitted to leave the examination room until the examination session
finishes.
8. NO FOOD is permitted in the examination room. Students may have bottled water ONLY in
a clear plastic container).
9. MOBILE PHONES and other electronic devices are NOT allowed in the examination room
except for approved calculators in the relevant examinations.
10.Students are responsible for bringing the correct equipment for each examination. Once
the examination has started students will not be allowed to borrow any pens or equipment
from other students.
11.All equipment must be in a clear plastic container.
12.Students who are suspected of malpractice will be given a mark of zero and reported to Ms
Jeffries for disciplinary action. malpractice is:
- Any sort of distraction of other students
- Passing or receiving information to or from another student
- Communicating with another student in any form whatsoever.
- Cheating in any form whatsoever.
13.
Students who miss an examination must bring to school the next day supporting
evidence as to why the examination was missed. In the case of illness a doctors
certificate is required.
