Applications  are  invited  for  one  position  of  Junior  Research  Fellow  (JRF)  in  a  DRDO 
sponsored  project  entitled  “Effect  of  Processing  on  Biochemical  Compositions  and 
Production  of  Resistant  Starch  (RS),  Neutraceuticals  and  Value  Added  Products  from 
Culinary Banana (Musa ABB) “Kachkal of Northeast India”. 

Qualification:  Masters  degree  in  Food  Processing  Technology/  Microbiology/  Food 


Microbiology/ Agriculture/ Biochemistry. 

Stipend:  Rs. 12,000/­ p.m. for 1 st  and 2 nd  year and Rs. 14,000/­ for the 3 rd  year. 


Duration:  3 (three) years or till completion of the project, whichever is earlier.
