FORMER WIFES RESPONSE TO MOTION FOR CONTEMPT
COMES NOW the Former Wife and respondent Jenna Kay Waters, representing herself.
1. I, the Former Wife had to call Clay County Rescue on the Former Husband on
March 16, 2014. Former Husband was found on the kitchen floor unresponsive. It
was the Former Husbands weekend for our child Jillian Waters to spend at his
home. The Florida Department of Children and Families was contacted March 16,
2014 to report Child Neglect. Department of Children and Families did
investigation report on Former Husband, see attached full report. Also Police
report attached as well.
2. The Former husband violated his Shared Parental Responsibility, stated in our
Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage Case number 10-2013-DR-1265. Page
4 states that the Former Husband shall consume No alcoholic beverages while he
is caring for the child. The Former Husband shall also take his medication only as
prescribed. See Department of Children and Families investigation case findings
of verified substance misuse of prescription drugs/alcohol and inadequate
supervision.
3. The Former Husband was court ordered to pay child support through the Central
Governmental/Depository/State of Florida Disbursement Unit starting November
1, 2013. Paid directly to me from October 4, 2013- February, 2014. No payments
since then have been made.
4. The Former Husband has failed to complete the Positive Divorce Resolution
Course within 30 days of the Consent Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage.

5. I, the Former Wife have not refused to provide information regarding my


whereabouts. Although I have refused to respond to rude text messages that do not
pertain to our daughter.
6. The Former Husband shall be responsible for his own attorneys fees and costs.
