COURSE OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE:
The Objective Of Subject Is To Identify The Infrastructural And Financial Barriers Towards
Agricultural Development In India And The Available Legal And Financial Laws, Rules,
Regulations Orders, Schemes Etc Enacted By Indian Parliament Or State Legislatures To
Minimize Them. The Students Would Be Guided To Understand And Identify Various Provisions
In Different Statutes, Rules, Policies And Practices That Limit Competition And Unhealthy
Market Issues Causing Hardship To The Farmer Rights And In Turn Affecting The Food Security
Issues For Consumers.
