The objectives are for students to recognize contributions from different ethnic groups and learn about Greek culture specifically. Students will demonstrate their knowledge by defining terms, explaining community structures and marriage customs, and summarizing what they learned about the Greek people, location, religion, and achievements. To do this, students will view a PowerPoint, work in groups to complete a handout, discuss in groups, and take a 10 minute quiz to assess their understanding.
