ABC Action Verb Book Rubric

The rubric evaluates ABC action books on participation, use of verbs, accuracy of pictures, sentence structure, editing, and student conferences. Full credit requires following all directions without help, using only verbs as words, having pictures and sentences that reflect the verb, proper grammar in all sentences, and conferences with friends and teachers. Partial credit is awarded for minor issues in any category.
