Observe the effect of the change
Monitor progress of initiatives
Meet with staff to discuss changes
Compare new data to original data using CQI tools
Use CQI tools to monitor changes
ACT:
Adjust as necessarry
Inform and educate all involved
Look for new oppurtunities
Distribute new policies to key individuals
