INTRODUCTION

Happy 8th birthday Charles!! Charles is celebrating his 8th birthday on the 21st

August 2009. His parents have decided to throw a birthday party for him. Since Charles

father Louis is a white collar worker he planned to have a grand party for his only

beloved son. However Louis is a very busy man, so he assigned us as the party planner

to plan his son’s birthday party.

As decided we have come out with our own plan within Louis budget. As the

party planner we have sent in our paper work to Louis so that he can glance through it.

Louis was so much satisfied with the plan because we have a concrete reason for each

of our doings.

One of them is the time of the party. We choose the perfect time for the kids of

Charles age that is 8, to have their dinner which is 7 p.m to 9 p.m. To save some money

we plan to use the backyard as the birthday party venue. Since Charles has invited 24

of his friends, its make our job as the party planner easier because we have know the

exact number of guest which helps us a lot to make our plan.

As for the food the we as the party planner has take the age of the guest into

consideration and come up with the decision to cook something that suits the taste of

young kids which is fried rice and chip chicken lollipops. This dish is selected because

the fact is kids do not really love spicy foods and the phenomena that never change is

kids love to eat chickens. Besides that, we have also to some side dishes. The side

dishes are chicken nuggets, chips, jelly, cookies, sweets and not forgetting the cake.
On top of that, we so have some budget for the decoration to light up the party.

We will be giving out a goodie bag to each kids which consists of a party hat, a mask

and some balloons. We also have designed a birthday invitation card to be used by

Charles when he is inviting his friends.

We hope the party goes on as we planned. In order to make it happen as it is we

do double check every single thing we wanted to do. Last but not list we hope we have

the blessing of the God to make the party in to success.
