Come Thou Fount-Come Thou King

This hymn praises God as the source of every blessing and asks Him to tune the singer's heart to sing His grace. It expresses gratitude for being rescued from darkness and sin and set free by God's love. The singer's soul can now sing a new song and their heart has found a home in God. The hymn asks God, the precious Prince of Peace, to hear His bride singing praise and calls Him the Fount of all blessings. It acknowledges being greatly indebted to God's grace and asks Him to bind the wandering heart. The hymn expresses a desire to one day see God's lovely face after being freed from sin and clothed in His blood-washed linen.
