1. This document is an undertaking that must be signed and notarized for admission to a degree program at COMSATS Institute of Information Technology (CIIT) in Wah, Pakistan. 2. The applicant agrees to abide by CIIT's rules and code of conduct, respect others, avoid political activities, protect campus property, follow teacher decisions, and pay fees on time. 3. If the applicant engages in unlawful activities that violate the terms, CIIT has the right to cancel their admission without notice. The applicant and parent/guardian must sign along with including identification information.

2. I do hereby solemnly undertake that:

a. I shall abide by the rules and regulations implemented at


CIIT at present or which may be enforced at any time in the
future.
b. I shall conform strictly to the code of conduct for the
students of CIIT, as given in this Prospectus.
c. I shall at all times display respectful behavior towards
management, faculty and my fellow students.
d. I shall not, through my acts, speech or gestures, incite any
feelings, which are derogatory to any sect, ethnic group,
caste, religion, creed, sex, or place of origin.
e. I shall not indulge in any political activities, including
unionism or political groupings.
f. I shall protect and preserve the property of CIIT at all times
and shall make all out efforts to prevent others from causing
any damage or destruction to the Institute’s property.
g. I shall fully abide by the decisions of teachers,
administrators and various discipline committees constituted
for the purpose of ensuring and enforcing discipline and good
order in the Institute
h. I undertake to pay tuition fees and other administrative
charges regularly by the due date, failing which I would be
liable to pay late fees and ultimately liable to be struck off the
rolls of the Institute.

3. If I am found involved in any unlawful activity in contravention of


the above terms and conditions at any stage during my stay at CIIT,
the Institute shall have the right to cancel my admission without any
notice
