Gantt Theory

Henry Gantt was a mechanical engineer and management consultant in the early 20th century who developed important theories around scientific management. Henry L. Gantt (1861-1919) a mechanical Engineer and a management consultant. Worked with Frederick Taylor on scientific management experiments over the course of 14 years. Famous for developing the Gantt chart in the 1910s. Originated a unique pay arrangement . Developed the management system that was methodological and goal oriented.

Resources or skill level or person responsible. Beware of identifying reviews or approvals as events. Keeping the chart updated. Indicate critical points in chart.
