Notification for Project work for PG and UG Students


Mahatma Gandhi National institute of Research and Social Action (MGNIRSA) in 1995. MGNIRSA is recognized by UGC and included under section 2(f) and declare fit for Central Assistance under section 12(B) of the UGC Act. The institute offers facilities to Post Graduate and Under Graduate students in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Genetics, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Engineering (B.Tech Biotechnology) and Biomedical Sciences from Universities, National Institutes and Colleges for their short term project work in the field cited above on payment basis. The duration of the project is for a period of 3 6 months. The fee structure for the project work is as follows: 1. For 3 months duration: Rs. 8000/2. For 6 months duration: Rs.12,000/The candidates are requested to submit their application for their project work along with their biodata through their Head of the Department / Institute where they are studying. Applications should be submitted along with the D.D. for the course in favour of Registrar, MGNIRSA to the Dean, Faculty of Science, Mahatma Gandhi National Institute of Research and Social Action, Street No-17, Gagan mahal Road, Domalguda, Hyderabad. Selected candidates will be allotted to the faculty members of the school and they have to take up a research problem in the related area, work under the supervision of the faculty member and submit the project report on successful completion of the project work. The schools have adequate infrastructure facilities including competent faculty members and laboratory facilities for carrying out research in Epidemiological, Biochemical, Cytogenetic, Computational, Molecular and Microbiological aspects.
