Springtime Lace Garter

This document provides instructions for making a Springtime Lace Garter using cotton thread, a steel crochet hook, and ribbon. It involves chaining stitches to form the base, then working in rounds with single crochet, double crochet, treble crochet, and chain stitches to create a lacy pattern. A frill is added by making chains, double crochets, and single crochets in rounds with increasing stitches to form scalloped edges.
