To Enable FYI Notifications login as Approval Management Administrator and query the Transaction Type Irecruitment Vacancy Approval

Now Click on the Configuration variable Now Select Yes for the variable Allow For Your Information Notifications. and click on Apply.

Then Click Apply

Now Create New Action Type using Approval Management Business Analyst responsibility. Select Rule Type Post List Approval Group

Select Action Types

Now Create Rule like

Click Next

Click Next

Select Last one FYI Notify.

Click Next

Click Finish

FYI Notification rule is created

Now login as IQBALA and Create a vacancy and review the approvers

Login as ZAFARB and approve

Login as DANISHC and Approve

Now Login as IMRAND to see the FYI Notification
