Complete Permit to Work and JSA Lock Out and Rack Out Power at MCC Isolate valve suction and discharge pump Open bolt valut casing Disconnect coupling and loses bolt at base plate pump Pull out pump from valute casing and open mechanical seal Mantling mechanical seal Replace oil seal Mantling new oil seal Connect valut casing Connect coupling and tighten bolt at base plate pump Open valve suction and discharge HP KO Drum pump Rack in power from MCC Test run HP KO Drum pump Housekeeping and job completed
