Air Intake Panels
JPL Compressors air intake filter panels meet and exceed OEM specifications. Primary filters are constructed with 98% of 10 micron efficiency synthetic media. This media is superior to the OEM specification in that if the panels get wet, due to sucking in snow or moisture, the panels can be dried and reused. The galvanized frames are of a heavier gauge and built to a higher standard offering more rigidity and stability. Our secondary panels come from the same source as the OEM offering the exact same specification at a lower price. Compressor Air Intake Filters


JPL Compressor Service offers a full line of air-intake filters designed to eliminate contaminants in the air taken in by a compressor. Utilizing both cellulose resin impregnated and synthetic polyester medias, our air filters reach a minimum efficiency of 99.0% and a low 0.5 inch of water resistance at the rated flow. These air filters are specially designed to provide optimal flow rate and dirt holding capacity while maintaining the specified air quality demands of compressed air. Constructed using paper or polyester, in both molded plastisol or metal ends, we offer a complete cross reference to all major compressor manufacturers.
