Taco Casserole Ingredients: 1 1 2 1 1 2 lb.

lean ground beef pkg Taco Seasoning Mix cans cream of chicken can Rotel bag Regular Dorritos cups shredded Mexican Cheese

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F In a skillet, brown your ground beef. Drain and season with taco seasoning packet. Meanwhile, spray your casserole dish with cooking spray and pour Dorritos into the bottom. Using the bottom of a cup or your hands, crush Dorritos to make a crust-like chip bottom. Evenly layer seasoned ground beef over the Dorritos. Using the same skillet without rinsing it out, combine cream of chicken soup and Rotel. Simmer for a minute or two until the two are combined and smooth. Pour evenly over ground beef mixture. Top with shredded cheese. Garnish with extra Dorritos if desired. Bake in preheated oven for 25-35 minutes, until bubbly
