This initiative helps develop chemist loyalty towards the organization.

We will generate Content & add value as per the clients needs including layout & designing of the Newsletter The Newsletter helps to provide information on Launch of a new product / division Existing Product / Line Extensions Ads Company Product list/ Price/Pack changes Discount schemes/ Bonus offers / Seasonal / Festival offers Change in product name / logo / molecule Articles that help retailers in their day to day transactions Create Awareness about products that have a push potential

Proposal A Option I - Newsletters are mailed directly by 360o team to 1,25,000 retailers across India
Mailing cost @ Rs. 1.50 only per newsletter
Cost includes:
Copy writing, content generation, layout, designing & communication testing Database, address label printing, Franking, Pin code wise sorting and transportation to the General post office (GPO)

Advantages
Economical mailing cost due concessional grant under the RNI number Robust & reliable retailer data base Address labels are directly pasted on the mailer hence covering envelope is not required, saves cost

If desired the Newsletters can be mailed to selected states only as per Clients requirements Cost: The cost will depend on the quantity of the mailers to be mailed Printing: The Newsletters may be printed by the client or alternately 360o team can also print the same on
behalf of the client

Option II - Newsletters can be mailed directly by the Client to 1,25000 Chemists across India (Provided Chemist data base is available with the Client)
Since the client does not have RNI number, the newsletters will have to be posted under the category of Book- post. The cost towards postage of Book-post will be Rs.4 Mailer has to be inserted by the client in an Envelope resulting in an additional cost towards envelope Rs.0.75 Total Postage cost Rs.4.75 per newsletter including Envelope cost

Additional cost incurred by the client towards development of Exclusive newsletter


4 page Newsletter : Rs .30,000 8 page Newsletter: Rs .45,000 The above rate includes copy writing, content generation, layout, designing & communication testing with Chemists

Printing: The Newsletters will be printed by the client

Proposal B Newsletters are distributed directly by the Clients Field force


Cost towards development of the Exclusive newsletter
4 page Newsletter : Rs.30,000 8 page Newsletter: Rs.45,000 360o team develops the Content, Communication as per the needs of the clients including value additions, layout & designing. These are then directly distributed to the chemists by the client through their field force.

Printing: The Newsletters will be printed by the client

CME Programs (Continuous Medical Education)


Speaker slide kits for Chemist CME program 360o team develops education slides for the field force to address chemist meets Each Speaker kit consists of 18 to 20 slides (Duration 30 minutes speaking time) Cost: Rs.35,000 per Speaker Kit topic The CME program materials are developed as per IFPMA guidelines with supporting medical references & source of information
