This is absolutely ridiculous that we are governed by such a wicked and corrupt group of individuals who are doing everything in their power to maintain racism against non-Whites in this country!! That's why nobody even wants to put their signature on it! I submitted this motion to present the actual proof that "fraud [was being committed] upon the court," since the 2nd Cir. prematurely denied my Motion to Recall Mandate and Vacate Improvident Order [May 3, 2012] when they didn't allow me a chance to submit a reply. Had I been given that chance (like most litigants by an impartial Court), I would have been able to introduce the physical evidence proving Loeb & Loeb and William Morris Endeavor's involvement in this corrupt conspiracy to commit fraud, and ultimately maintain white supremacy. Yet, the 2nd Cir. is telling me that they don't have jurisdiction to consider this evidence because my case is "closed"????? This needs to be a wake up call to all Americans of African descendant. They don't give a fuck about us and unless we demand change, things are only going to get worse for us. Our civil and human rights are in jeopardy. It's imperative that we collectively shift our consciousness to see this system of oppression for what it truly is. It's time for the reemergence of black nationalism and the black psyche.
