By leasing airtime from this radio station and their affiliates, we asking you for support this is the only way we can continue to support your project. *** Broadcast Regulation ***
1. Artist / Label must provide Program Producer radios edit (clean version) song on cd or mp3
2. Artists do not select the date & time of interview.
3. In no instance may any SMP Program Producer edited material for broadcast or for distribution by any reason.
4. Artist / Label may not re-broadcast program without the acknowledgement of Smooth Media Productions. The Artist / Label agree this broadcast does not constitute a sale of rights but is only a license to broadcast Artist / Label martial only.
5. The Artist / Label cannot use broadcast to directly sale or will not excerpt or make any other such use of "except for promotion thereof.
6. At any time SMP can rebroadcast your track on other station that is affiliate without your acknowledgement at no cost to you.
7. SMP is not licensed by ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, and Soundexchange.
8. Any responses we get from live listener will be forwarded to the Artist / Label representative.
9. If during any time during A In-Studio / or Phone Interview **Profanity** or the **N** word is use, it is the sole discretion of the Program Producer to stop the interview, if this does happen during your interview you will be ask to leave and forfeit your interview and you will not receive a REFUND back.
10. Artist / Label have the right to terminate this agreement with 72 hours of signing contract. NO REFUND if Artist / Label terminate contract.
11. Artist / Label will be notified immediately if broadcast date has changes or discontinue therefore a REFUND can be made if SMP and Artist / Label cannot reach an agreement.

This agreement eliminates any external licensing requirements of RIAA, Soundexchange, BMI, SESAC, ASCAP, or any other performance rights organizations.
