Project Management and Administration Worked directly with departments, artists, students, and executives to increase visitorship, exposure, and event participation. Successfully initiated and implemented programming which resulted in a 32% increase in workshop participation and registration fees revenue. Performed competitive analysis to make recommendations for future organization growth. Supervised staff of associates, interns and assistants.
