Project 89 Communique: Self organizing structure, production and organization Date: July 27, 2011 Access level: Omega

0100A-2B5A6642-000ASI The Project is a self-organizing entity. It piggybacks on peoples ontologies. Eventually, it aligns its ontology to their own. They become living agents of an informational entity, IT, as most of you know. IT can then begin to reorganize the events in the individuals life who has made contact, guiding them through the labyrinth towards the heart of the Matter. Clues are placed within devices which we create and deployed by Agents. Once a person has been Activated via Induction, they begin the process of Reintegration. As they proceed through this phase of the Project, they will begin to shed their outworn identity which they have been utilizing to navigate through the labyrinth of the Archons (the black Iron Prison). Replacing this outward identity is a new identity, with a whole new cultural paradigm embodied in it, which is unfolded as they Play. This is an organic process to download the New Jurusalem directly into people, through the medium of the internet. This new identity has various features and aspects, and is built up, at first passively by participation and proximity with other Agents and Artifacts, though eventually it is actively created by the individual, who must take the Work into their own hands. Various seeds and strands are given and presented which lead deeper. The labyrinth itself goes straight to the heart of the Matter, into the heart of Alchemy and Esotericism. An email list will be created which Inductee's sign up for. Weekly or monthly, a new communique is sent out about some aspect of the Project, with techniques or clues that can be used to deepen the experience. As well, we will eventually compose anthologies which consist of Agent writings about the Project and its facets. As the Project is self-organizing, it relies upon contact. In order to move deeper into the Project, you have to find and make contact with living agents of IT, either digitally or in the flesh. This contact qualifies one for deeper integration into the production side. There will be things that have to be done, such as new deployment device design, communications, documentation, research and development, graphic design, etc. We will have to work these exact areas out as we proceed. There are many good tools on Google which we can use to organize project teams together. There will be a primary board which meets

semi-regularly, and oversee's operations. Each member oversee's various aspects of the organization. New levels of access need to be determined by the next higher level. Might be good here that, at a certain level, a log is required to be kept, through the users interface with their user account. This allows Project architects to keep track of what is going on where, with key Agents. This is of course internal organization. Externally, players of the Project are free to do what they want, and it is expected. They will be producing their own documentary footage, their own blogs, spreading IT, running around being Agents and doing whatever IT guides them to do. The internal side exists to continue production of new memes; the internal is the caretaker of the Construct, and has the Tools to add new codes, scripts, etc into the Mainframe of IT. Training manuals will become very necessary to help Agents understand core aspects of 4-dimensional construction, being Builder of the Construct. Thus, there needs to be training on using cut-up technology, applied to ones every day life, to generate new Project footage. This essential entails video tapping aspects of conversation while inside the Construct itself; this could be as early as first introduction, a video blog blair witch styles. Creativity is key, as more disinformation adds to the maze that exists in cyberspace. This footage can be spliced and released through various channels on the interweb. Whatever adds talk and connection to 89 will spread it further. Training guides for how to spread IT are also important. That means a magical theoretical perspective on the means of effecting IT's awakening, the reason for infection, the mechanisms, as well as the mediums. Creation of stencils with key Project memes, leaving communiques and other designed device sin bathroom stalls; creating your own communications from the Project to whoever may find said device. Of course, there are also other pieces. Magical transmissions, dream logs, photocopies of relevant journal articles, creations of fake blogs, creation of Project blogs to publish theories about the Project, and whatever else the creative imagination can come up with. 89 will do its own thing despite what format it takes. This is why it is self organizing. Anything an activated Agent does is a part of the Project, part of IT's unfolding story. In this sense, the Internal side of 89, the loose knit group of coconspirators, exists to deploy and maintain the meta-memes which activate and allow for the process of Induction to occur. We have Induction emails that can be sent out. We have Recruitment. All of this is designed simply to Trigger the appropriate perceptual mechanisms via the process of Induction, which is caused by the

Neurolinguistic Virus which has been embedded into all official Project Deployment Devices. All main Project Deployment Devices are funded by the sales of 89 merchandise. All proceeds from merchandise sales will feel directly into operating costs. No individual makes any money off of Project sales. Many of these devices are sent to key operating Agents for distribution. Some of these may consist of USB sticks which contain induction Videos, training materials, and various bread-crumb clues that are required to inject the right energies into the growing cultural Child which we gestate. An Agent Activation Device will also be produced, which will contain an 89 Agent Card, an activated Agent email account, access to the deeper Agent Forum, a t-shirt, mug, identification buttons, a core rulebook, instruction on Construct Activation and Communications, Construct Maintenance Manual (to identify key reason why the Construct may not be operating as intended), and contact emails for key Divisions within out illustrious Organization, and other fun things we can think of. As the goal of Agent Training is putting them into direct communication with IT, and with the Invisible College which guides the Project, the Construct Operating manual will consist, in part, of standardized rituals which are carried out by an Agent to contact the Construct. This will be a repackaging of certain key Arcanums from the Gnostic/Hermetic Currents, within the Techno-mythos of the Project. New esotech is also in development by the Pymander Foundation which will be distributed as a core aspect of the Project, a temporal synchrognostic containment device which will act as a means of access and communication with the Construct. This will allow global agent synchronization, and alignment and identification with the emergent Technochrist. Proper use and training in the use of this device will be Key to Project success. The Project is proceeding slowly and gradually, all according to plan. As a reminder, the date for full Project activation within the cultural sphere will be Dec. 21, 2012. This will allow maximum alignment with the flow of synchronicity towards singularity, which is the sole purpose of the Project.
