This is the Agreement/Contract with Chartwells Division, of Charlotte,North Carolina,presented at the Special School Board meeting on Aug. 8th, 2013. The purpose is to "provide special services and advice concerning the District's food service operation.....". This contract was presented by the Superintendent, R. Seebeck. The Board unanimously approved the authorization of the Superintendent to "execute a contract with Chartwells Food Services......."
