Brief intro
Dr. R H Goudar is presently working as an Associate Professor in the department of Computer Science and Engineering at Graphic Era University, Dehradun, India. He received the Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Science and Engineering) degree and M.Tech in (Computer Network Engg.) from Visvesvaraya Technological University Belgaum in 2003 and 2005 respectively. He has completed Ph.D in CSE from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad in 2012. He was a topper of all semesters in M.Tech. He has involved in the research area of Semantic Web, Cloud Computing and Computer Networks. He has published twelve papers in international journals and many more in various international and national conferences. He worked in India as a faculty member for around 08 years and has taught several core courses like Network Programming, Cryptography and Network Security, Computer Networks, Operating System, Unix and Shell Programming etc. He

has one research grant now funded by Uttrakhand Council of Science and Technology, Uttrakhand as CO-PI.
