NOW COMES,Animal Sanctuary ofthe United States,Debtor in the above-referenced styled and numbered Chapter 11 bankruptcy case, and files this its Motion for Expedited Hearing on Motion For Authorization to Sell Real Property Free and Clear of A11 Liens, Claims and Encumbrances, and in support thereof would respectfully show the Court the following:

Contemporaneously herewith, the Debtor filed its Motion For Authorization to Sell
Real Property Free and Clear of All Liens, Claims and Encumbrances.

The Debtor requests expedited consideration ofits Motion For Authorization to Sell
Real Property Free and Clear of All Liens, Claims and Encumbrances because it desires to sell its remaining assets pursuant to the Plan, and satisfy its creditors with allowed claims to the extent of the available net proceeds from the sale.

A hearing on the Debtor's Motion to Modify First Amended Plan ofReorganization
is scheduled on November 6,2013. The Motion to Sell will effectively resolve the Debtor's pending Motion to Modify First Amended Plan of Reorganization.

The Debtor does not believe that any party will be harmed by setting this matter on
an expedited basis.
WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, Animal Sanctuary of the United States respectfully requests that the Court expedite the hearing on its Motion For Authorization to Sell Real Property Free and Clear of All Liens, Claims and Encumbrances, and set the Motion for hearing on an expeditious manner, and for such other and further relief to which Debtor may show itself entitled.
