a)You fail to register on the date shown in this offer letter. b)You have been confirmed by the Registered Medical practitioner for having mental health disorder, epilepsy, any infectious diseases such as Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, and HIV/AIDS even though the results come out after you have registered and started classes. c)You have been charged with drug abuse. 4.This offer is valid for the stated session only. Any appeal or application to change program can only be done 1 week after registration at the Academic Management Department using the AKA 15 Form. The approval subject to the availability of place and program admission requirements.) 5.The college has a right to cancel the offer if the information provided is not true. 6.The college also has a right to cancel the program if the number of students is less than 20.
