I am Spanish native and studied a High Degree in Chemical Engineering. Since I started to work I have focused my work experience in process engineering in Spain, France and Canada. Now I moved to Shanghai to learn chinese and complete my profesional profile. I am well-qualified and technically-proficient applied research scientist with 3 years of laboratory and field experience. The scientific abilities gained from various research expertise include the development of methodical working strategies, demonstrated ability for critical thought and analysis, the ability to manage various deadlines and other project constraints, and the capacity to exchange/collaborate with other scientists/co-workers from various backgrounds. At this point in time, I am looking to continue my career also I would like to make a swing. I would love to start to work and develop international business stuff ( business development, sales, area manager). I am an exciting, enthusiastic and persuasive person. I am a passionate of Industry and business. I have strong social skills therefore I enjoy talking-meeting people and I do it with enthusiasm and spontaneity both engaging and an effective way. I am a people-oriented and a natural team player so as a leader I create a great atmosphere where is easy to work, enjoyable and cooperation is essential. My personal way to lead teams is by building team working – cooperation, internal communication, developing & motivating, planning & organizing, problem solving & decision making and I am very concern for quality, attitude, initiative and results.
