Source: Primary data It is obvious from the above table that 50.7% of the respondents are Under Graduates, 23.6 % of the respondents are diploma holders, 20.7% of the respondents are Post Graduates and 5% of the respondents fall into Others category.

Source: Primary data The above table indicates that 53.3 % of the respondents are of the age group 17 to 20 years, 24 % of the respondents are of the age group 21 to 24 years, 19% of the respondents are of the age group less than 17 years and 3.7% of the respondents are of the age group more than 24 years.

It is highlighted from the above table that 42.7% of the respondents use mobile for 1-3 year, 27.3% of the respondents use mobile for less than 1year, 23.7% of the respondents use mobile for 4-6 years and 6.3% of the respondents use mobile for more than 6 years.

It is clear from the above table that 27.7% of the respondents obtained information from media ads, 26.7% of the respondents got information from other sources, 20.6% of the respondents got information from SMS, 14.3% of the respondents got information from dealers, and 10.7% of the respondents got information from friends about new mobile services

From the above table it is observed that 75.7% of the respondents are aware and 24.3% of the respondents are unaware about the various schemes. 59.3% of the respondents are aware and 40.7% of the respondents are unaware about the periodical offers like FTT, other offers etc 62.7% of the respondents are aware and 37.3% of the respondents are unaware about the tariff plans 51.7% of the respondents are unaware and 48.3% of the respondents are aware about the validity of the services 50.3% of the respondents are unaware and 49.7% of the respondents are aware about the mode of payment
