FeeswillbechargedannuallyandaStatementissuedatthebeginningofTerm1.Detailsofpaymentoptionscanbefoundonthe
backofthissheet,andyouarerequestedtotickappropriateboxesandsign.
Forafamilyoftwoorthreeormorechildren,ifthecostoftheannualfeeforKindergartenorPrePrimaryishigherthanthefeefor
thesecondthirdorsubsequentchild,thenthelesserfeewillapply.Egforafamilyofthreechildrenwithnoeligiblecard,with1st
childinyear1,2ndinpreprimaryand3rdinkindergarten,feeswouldbe$5,049,$2,524and$1,009respectively,not$5,049,$3,854
and$1,927.

ConfirmationFeeispayable.TheamountofthisConfirmationFeeis$300.00forthefirstchild
and $150.00 for the second child. There isnofurtherfeepayableforthirdandsubsequent
children.
