HRMS indicative data refers to basic personal and employment information stored in Oracle HRMS payroll tables. The key tables include per_all_people_f for demographic data, per_all_assignments_f for employment data, per_addresses for address data, and per_contact_relationships for relationship data. Date-tracking tables like per_all_people_f store effective start and end dates to track changes to records over time. Data flows from personal data entry to assignments, benefits, and status changes as an employee joins, leaves on leave, and terminates employment.
