Financial Improvement $750,000 (5%) cost reduction reached in 2009, maintained $500,000 reserve fund, and sustained positive cash flow, while keeping LOC debt at zero. $25,000 raised for scholarships in 2009 at first fundraising gala; 11% increase in net funds achieved in 2010 and 2011, 38% cost reduction, and more than 100% net funds increased reached in 2012. 49.5% of 50% goal raised to cover 2012 cost of Performing Arts programs; increased revenue 50%; and reduced costs 27% with 49% total net saving. $300,000 saved in first-year after internal hiring of new food services director.
