Check diodes D3, D4, D7, D11 D13 N-channel MOSFETs Q8 PWM controller U8 OK

Change faulty components

Check resistance of L1, L2, R65, R82, R83 Is it less than 1 Ohm?

NOT OK

Change faulty components

Check CPU temperature, if it is more than 80C (you cant hold your finger on it) CPU is dead

If the problem still appears the board is unrepairable

Check RB153 bottom side. Is there little wire soldered under CPU?

Very carefully remove varnish from vias and solder a wire like on picture below.
