The 2nd CRC meeting of I/IV B.Tech, II-Semester, 2013-14 academic

year for A, B, C and D sections will be held on 3rd April 2014 (Thursday) at 4:30
PM in the Chemistry Department seminar hall. All the respective CRC members are
requested to attend.

STUDENT AID FUND FOR THE YEAR 2013-2014

The students who are provisionally selected for award of Student Aid Fund for
the year 2013-2014 are required to submit their acquittance in the Academic
Section( UG Seat) from 01-04-2014 to 05-04-2014 with one rupee revenue
stamp.

The award of this Scholarship is subject to condition that these students are
not in receipt of any financial assistance from any sources other than the above
scholarships during the year 2013 14. Discrepancy, if any, in this award may be
brought to the notice of Assistant Registrar (Academic) for rectification.
This Scholarship is liable to be cancelled, if the awardee is irregular in
attendance or discontinues his studies or fails to make satisfactory progress or guilty
on any misconduct.
If any awardee absents himself for 15 days or more
continuously, he will forfeit the scholarship and the amount enjoyed by him, if any,
has to be refunded to the Institute. Further, if any of these students absent
themselves from the classes due to any strike, the scholarship amount shall not be
paid for the strike period, even if they are not active participants in the strike.
The above students are required to submit their acquittance, Bank account
numbers and declaration of Non-Recipt of financial assistance in the Institute
Academic Section immediately.

NMEICT PRESENTATION THROUGH A VIEW - ATTENTION TO ALL INTERESTED

STUDENTS :
CTARA at IIT Bombay is organizing an orientation programme to introduce the
academic programs, and research. The program at CTARA aims to equip engineers
with knowledge and skills that will address the needs of the marginalized and
disadvantaged sections of society (www.ctara.iitb.ac.in). CTARA work in the areas
of Food & agriculture, Water and sanitation, Energy and environment, Rural and
regional planning, Policy and governance, appropriate technology, Livelihoods, and
others.
30 minute session is arranged by senior students and faculty for providing
a picture of the eye-opening journey that awaits a student joining CTARA, and the
exciting and diverse opportunities thereafter. You will get an idea of the program,
courses, field visits, projects, and employment opportunities through this interaction.
