How to Reload
Option 1: RHB Cash Deposit Machine (CDM)
WITH CARD WITHOUT CARD
1. Insert eCash card into the CDM
2. Select "Credit Card Payment" option
3. Insert Cash
4. Confirm amount
1. Press any key on the CDM
2. Select "Credit Card Payment" option
3. Key in eCash card number
4. Insert Cash
5. Confirm amount
Option 2: Internet (for existing Current/ Savings account only)
Registering your eCash (first time only)
1. Go to rhb.com.my
2. Click on "Sign On" under Personal Banking (If you have never signed in before, please
click on "First Time user" and follow instructions from there).
3. Sign in.
4. Click on "Messages" on the left column. Select "To RHB Bank".
5. Select "Add/Remove Accounts" and click "Next".
6. Key in your eCash card number under the ADD column.
7. Submit.
Transferring funds from Current/Savings account into the eCash card:
1. Go to rhb.com.my
2. Click on "Sign On" under Personal Banking.
3. Sign in.
4. Go to "My Accounts" on the left column.
5. Select your eCash card account.
6. Click on "Pay Any Amount".
7. Proceed to debit from your current/savings account.
8. Submit and follow the rest of the instructions.
Option 3: Fund Transfer from other banking sites
1. Register the eCash card as you would a credit card.
2. Proceed to transfer the amount from your account to this card.
Option 4: Cheque Payment
Cheques to be crossed and made payable to "RHB Bank Card Centre (account number)".
Please indicate all the account number(s) and the amount to be paid for each account(s) on the
reverse side of the cheque. Mail to:

Option 5: Cheque Deposit Machine
1. Fill up Cheque Deposit Envelope.
2. Enclose cheque and drop it into the Cheque Deposit Machine.

Viewing Your eCash Balance
ATM (eCash PIN will be required)
1. Insert ecash card into ATM.
2. Key in PIN number.
3. Select "Balance Inquiry".
FIRST TIME ONLY ON YOUR NEXT VISIT
1. Go to rhb.com.my
2. Click on "First Time User".
3. Select "Credit Card Registration".
4. Key in, in the appropriate columns:
i. Credit Card no. - your eCash
card number
ii. Last 3 digits printed on the
reverse side of your eCash
card
iii. Card expiry
iv. IC number
v. Sign on ID
vi. Enter a password
5. Confirm the details.
6. Sign in.
7. Card balance, points and transactions
will be shown on the screen.
1. Go to rhb.com.my
2. Select "Sign On".
3. Log in.
