Potential in Concentric Spheres

1) The potential is expressed as a series expansion in terms of Legendre polynomials up to l=2. Explicit expressions are given for the terms up to l=2. 2) In the limiting cases of b→∞ and a→0, the potential reduces to a simpler form involving only l=1 terms. 3) For a conducting circular disk at potential V, the potential outside the disk (r>R) is expressed as a series involving Legendre polynomials with coefficients involving Bessel functions.
