Have growth group leaders help during this time.
God, Save Me, God, Rescue Me, God, Redeem Me, and God, Free Me
cards
Give the kids time to talk with God about how He might want to deliver them
from loneliness, sadness, physical pain, family problems, etc. After they
have prayed, encourage them to take a prayer card and write or draw to
God what they need from Him. Ask leaders to help young readers choose
their prayer cards and pray for and talk with the kids. Encourage the kids to
visit the Prayer Wall and place their cards on it.
The leaders will need to participate and reflect/pray with the kids during
this time.
