Duties And Responsibilities:
Perfor! all super#isory duties as esta%lished %y Manage!ent&
uper#ise and coordinate preparation of the pro/ect proposal, including
de#elop!ent and analysis of alternates
Present or participate in presenting the pro/ect proposal to proponents and other
interested organi+ations at technical !eetings within audi Ara!co& And
following the resolution of pro%le!s, secure pro/ect proposal appro#als&
uper#ise, coordinate and direct preparation of %udget %riefs, %udget esti!ates,
e$penditure re.uests, econo!ic analysis and authori+ations for e$penditures&
0oordinate the preparation of contracts, technical infor!ation and other
infor!ation re.uired for the award of design, pro/ect !anage!ent and
construction contracts&
uper#ise and coordinate o#erall planning, control and appraisal of the pro/ect as
de,ned %y the appro#ed scope&
Ensure that designs !eet audi Ara!co standards and speci,cations and that
alternate designs or changes are econo!ical, opera%le and !eet safety,
!aintenance and schedule re.uire!ents&
Responsi%le for co!pliance to pro/ect controls and ad!inistration
guidelines1procedures, including those related to cost control and forecasting,
planning and scheduling, contract ad!inistration and !aterials control, during
pro/ect e$ecution&
Responsi%le for !aintaining pro/ect records, including drawings, speci,cations,
logs, ,nancial reports and pro/ect correspondence&
Appro#e contract pay!ent and #ariations within li!its of their authority2 endorse
and forward to higher authority where re.uired&
uper#ise and coordinate planning to ad/ust to unanticipated changes in scope,
!aterials and e.uip!ent deli#ery and cost&
Pro#ide ad!inistrati#e guidance to assigned engineers, draft /o% appraisals,
reco!!end !erit increases and pro!otions, and handle routine personnel
functions&

Minimum Requirements:
*he successful candidate will ha#e a Bachelor3s degree in Engineering and at
least 45 years of e$perience in #aried engineering wor" with e!phasis on initial
engineering stages&
