I listen to audio tapes every
Chance I get. I have CDs loaded in my car and listen
every day on my way to the gym , while driving to a
home event, or while driving home to visit my family in
Vegas or driving to California to work with my friends
there. My all time favorite audios to listen to are Tony

Jim Rohn, Bob Proctor, Les Brown, John Maxwell , and

I also get on youtube and watch motivational and
inspirational videos while sitting around my condo.
Maybe a game is on the tube. I watch but mute the game
and watch or listen to Motivational Stuff. Here are

Read Motivational Books
Yes, we all have problems. But guess what.Someone
else has had the same problems .Guaranteed! Read
about famous peopleThey are just like you and
me.they Put their pants on one leg at a time just like we
do.
Dont read them like everyone else , in awe of what they
have accomplished, read them with the mindset that
you want to learn how you can do the same things and
become the same kind of person as them..Because you
can! Believe it!
I was fortunate as a kid that my parents had an extensive
library of self help books and tapes.Through the years I
have read either all or parts of the following, and some
of them several different times. I remember getting in
trouble reading many of these in HS while sitting in the
back of the class listening to boring lectures on subjects I
knew I would never use. The books in BOLD are for

Just remember one thing: A goal is only a dream or a
wish until you write it down on paper with a specific
deadline of when it will be achieved..

Now tape it on your bathroom mirror , maybe on your
laptop or under your keyboard. Put it some place where
you will see it numerous times every day.
Of course you need to establish a weekly amount you will
add into your account each week, and the daily steps that
will help you reach this.
I remember being told there were 3 kinds of people in the
world. Those that watched things happen, those that make
things happen, and those that say, what the heck just
happened.
Which of those people describes you today?
Author John Maxwell also talks about these 3 Types of
People you run into along the road to success.
1. Foot?+ragging Freie4 Hes not worried too
much about the past, and he doesnt want to think about
the future. He is focused on the present. In fact, he loves
the present so much he is willing to do almost anything to
stay the same. He hates change and will do anything to
avoid it. If Freddie is making any plans they are to keep
doing things the very same way

spends lots of time doing just that.. The problem is she
never turns the plans to action. My dad calls this
procrastination. We have all procrastinated in our past,
hopefully not much in our future The thing about
Debbie the Dreamer is she has great ideas, wants to be a
success, but she just doesnt want to take risks. Shes not
willing to pay the price it takes to move forward on her
success journey..
3. Motivate Mike: Mike focuses the majority of
his time on RIGHT NOW, doing his best to maximize his
potential. One reason he is effective today is that he spent
time yesterday planning his results of today. Some people
tire of hearing Marc talk about his plans as he works
toward new accomplishments. But he doesnt care what
people think because he knows exactly where he is going.
He is totally focused on his purpose, is growing toward
his potential, and is sowing the seeds that will benefit

on everyone else, not on myself.We all love to be
acknowledged and recognized for our achievments Most of
us grew up in a

I have found success lies in empowering everyone else.
Its all about filling the needs of your clients , regardless of
what business you are involved.
In Network Marketing your clients are your business
partners and if you are planning on buildng a multi million
Dollar business with a lifetime of residual income, Your

In the Network Marketing Business many successful leaders
have told me to identify at least 3-5 people who you can take
on a journey to get them to $2500 + in monthly residual
income in a 10-12 month period For every 3-5 people
you bring to this point you will increase YOUR income by
$10,000 a month..
So if you want to be earning $20,000 /month a year from now,
then help 6-10 people in your Group get to $2500+ per month
within a year, and GUESS WHAT .. You will be earning a
residual income of close to $20,000 per month..
Even if this takes you 2 or 3 or 5 years to get to
$10,000/month or $20,000/month ask yourself this!

Today, July 2012, I have one partner earning over
$4000/Month, another 2 earning over $3000/month, and
several earning $1500-$3000/month.. My income is now at
$8000/month and growing each month.Plus a paid for
2012 $53,000 BMW.. Not bad for a 22 year old kid.
But enough about me , FOCUS ON OTHERS, right..lol
The Big Secret is There is no Big Secret
Just help everyone get what they want first and watch your

You may have to change course sometimes You have to learn
from mistakes and you may have to try a different approach.
But you can never quit.
I use to hear my dad talking about his insurance agents.He
said there was no way they would fail as long as they kept
going. They earned a commission every time they sold a
life insurance policy. And they continued to get paid on that
sale over and over every single month as the owners kept
making their payments on the policy. The large majority of
these policies are kept until the owner dies and the policy then
pays the proceeds to their family.. Dad and mom are retired
in their dream house in Las Vegas, actually Henderson, and
still today receive a big check every single month from all the
policies that were sold by him and his agents dating back to
1994.
I have heard conversations several times from his friends in
the Insurance business talk about those that quit, and those that
continued, even as an average agent or manager. And the
ones that didnt quit, are today enjoying the Residual Income
Checks each month.
A terrific Learning Lesson for me.

Most people earn an agreed upon salary, and hopefully get an
increase each year at review time of a certain percentage.
Usually 3% to 5% ..
Many of us get paid by the hour in retail stores, fast food
restaurants, at a gym, in a movie theatre, and many more places
of employment.
Others earn commissions based on the amount of sales made
each day, week , month , and year This is the way many
Sales People get paid.
It is said that the highest paying incomes go to the Top Sales
People selling Cars, Computers, Insurance, Pharmacuticals to
Doctors , and many more products and services
The common ingredient of all these linear wages, whether
salary , hourly, or commission is this.
YOU HAVE TO GET UP EACH DAY AND DO IT AGAIN IF
YOU WANT TO GET PAID.
WITH RESIDUAL INCOME, YOU GET PAID OVER AND
OVER AND OVER AGAIN
You can be the greatest Car Salesman in the Universe, and on
January 1 you can celebrate your accomplishments for the
year. But on January 2, you have to get up and go to work,
because there is ZERO CASH coming in till you go sell the
next car
You can be the greatest Surgeon in the world. But the results
are the same. If you dont work you don t get paid.We all
have a choice
My Conclusion: Go get an Insurance License or get into
Network Marketing..
Whatever you decide to do in l i fe, do i t
wi th passion and NEVER, NEVER, EVER,
QUIT! As l ong as you stay in the game
you wi ll be successful!
