DATABASE SUBMISSION
Note: YP4SC must be properly installed for the system to work efciently. Please
refer to Installation Instructions to TI.! "o internet connection necessary.
TO TAKE THE EXAM:

1. Open your web browser and go to YP4SC home page at:

2. Click Register Account Here at the bottom let o the webpage
!. "ssign a username and password #min. o $ characters% and enter personal inormation&
and click Register
4. Re-enter your username & password on the Secure Log-in Page
'. You may now take the e(am by clicking the YP4SC link displayed:
$. Click Start Now to begin the test.
To restart test for new student, return to home portal and register a new user account.
TO SUBMIT +ESULTS TO TESDA:

a. Highlight Dashboard page and copypaste on a /ord document!

a. Click the #$aminees tab at the upper portion o the page
b. &opy & Paste Assessment Results table on a blank /ord document
c. Print & Sa"e new document
