Definition :

The Request For Proposal RFP is a set of documents that describe
exactly the Client vision for the Project and the duties that are requested
to be performed by the Consultant.

The Client /Client Representative prepares the RFP and distributes it to
prequalified consultants to get quotations accordingly.

The Consultants Duties and Activities
The Consultant Team will be responsible for providing the Consultancy
Services required for the project, organizing visits to the project site and
coordinating with the Client/ End User as well as the local authorities.

The Consultancy Services could include Programming & Planning,
Preliminary Designs, Detailed Working Drawings, Permit Preparation and
Follow-up, Technical Specifications, Bills of Quantities, Conditions of
Contract and Tender Documents, Tender Evaluation and Supervision.

The Team should ensure providing a high-quality end product, on the
planning and execution levels, based on international standards and
guidelines.
